SIMPLE DOGBONE REPAIR

• Place plate with weld nuts on top of dogbone.
• Place a couple of washers on each bolt.
  • Number of washers will depend on how bent dogbone is.
• Place the 1" x 3" flat bars of the welded assembly against frame tubes on the motorcycle.
• Push each bolt with washers through tube holes and hand tighten into weld nuts.
• Alternate tightening one side then the other.
  • Be careful not to run bolt into oil pan.
  • Add more washers as necessary.
  • Repeat until dogbone is straight.
